All the beautiful ways to show up
Give what you can. Show up when you're able. Put your name behind us, or claim your space as an artist. However you get involved, you'll be helping to keep a 130-year-old foundation strong.

Join the Choir
Every voice contributes to the sound of this place. The Hayti Heritage Center’s 1975 Sustainers are the people who show up every month, not just once, choosing to be part of Hayti's story as it's being written. Named for our founding year, membership starts with a symbolic monthly gift of $19.75, an investment in what Hayti was and what it's becoming.
Sustainers move through tiers from Community to Patron, each one opening more of Hayti to you: a membership passport, invitations to gatherings you won't find on the public calendar, and for our founding members, a seat at the table as we shape what comes next. This is not a transaction. It's a standing commitment to a place that has stood for you.
Make a one-time donation
Not ready for a monthly commitment? A one-time gift still moves us forward. Every dollar goes directly toward keeping this landmark standing, our programming free and accessible, and our doors open to the artists and neighbors who call Hayti home.
Become a sponsor
Hayti's programming, from the Gospel Give-Off to our film festivals to the artists filling our studios, runs on partnership. Corporate and community sponsors help us bring ambitious cultural work to life while connecting your organization to a legacy that Durham recognizes and trusts.
We build sponsorships around what matters to your organization: visibility, community goodwill, employee engagement, or a shared commitment to Black cultural preservation. Reach out, and we'll build something that fits.
