Her-Story of Love “A Stronger Daye” is a story of strength, overcoming and new possibilities. It follows Kim and Tina two women who have survived physical and sexual abuse. Facing current and past love they find healing through writing poetry. These two women show us the trials many women face after abuse. Together they give us hope to find the courage within ourselves to no longer be victims but over-comers. This play seeks to challenge attitudes, values, and behaviors about sexual assault and domestic violence in hopes to decrease assaults and increase awareness.
